| Rotate and Flip |
|
|
You can rotate any photos in your own albums, either one at a time, or all at once. Keep in mind that friends with whom you've already shared the album will see any changes you make.
Please note: Occasionally, the photos in a new album of film photos may all be upside down. This usually occurs for certain cameras that load film upside down relative to most other cameras. This problem is easy to correct by following the "How to Rotate Multiple Photos" instructions below.
Rotate a Single Photo
- Start by viewing the photo you want to rotate. (To view a single photo, just click one of your albums in your photo library, and then click the photo.)
- Click "Edit & Organize" in the toolbar on the right side of the page.
- Click "Rotate and Flip" from the list of options. You will see symbols next to each side of your photo.
- Click the side of the photo you want to be on top.
- Click the orange Rotate Photo button to complete the process.
Rotate Multiple Photos Within an Album
- In your photo library, click one of your albums to view it.
- Click "Edit & Organize" in the toolbar on the right side of the page.
- Click "Rotate and Flip" from the list of options.
- If every photo is upside down, you can rotate all photos 180 degrees by clicking the "Set all photos to flip" link above the top left photo in the album.
- Click the symbol next to the side of the photo you want to be the top.
- Click Rotate Photo to complete the process
