Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email notification when your Free In-Store Delivery order has shipped to the Wal-Mart store you selected.
Photo orders that are included in the Free In-Store Delivery service will usually arrive the day after you receive your shipment confirmation e-mail. As factors outside of our control can affect shipping, we do recommend calling the Photo Center at your selected Wal-Mart store to verify your order has arrived.

Place 1-Hour Orders
Our 1-hour in-store processing service is available for 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8 x 10 and wallet-size prints. Gift cards are also available through this service.
If any of these items are in your photo cart, then during the checkout process you can choose 1-hour service and pick a store location.
Tip: Although our stores use the same high-quality printing methods as our off-site service, they are only equipped to make prints with a luster paper finish. If you need glossy prints, please select Home or Free In-Store Delivery.
During your checkout process we will let you know when your 1-Hour items should be ready. We will also communicate the pickup time to you in your order confirmation email.
Please note: The pay-in-store option is only available with 1-Hour orders under $25. Our 1-Hour service is subject to limitations of equipment and store capacity. Technical difficulties or a large order queue may prevent us from fulfilling your order in exactly one hour.

Pickup Hours for In-Store Orders
Pickup for 1 Hour orders and for Free In-Store Delivery is available during the operating hours of the in-store Photo Center. The Photo Center may have more limited hours than the Wal-Mart store where it is located.
To pick up your order at the store, bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID to the store's Photo Center.
For 1-Hour orders, if you place an online order while the in-store Photo Center is closed, please note the following guidelines for pickup times:
Monday - Friday: 1-Hour orders placed online after 7:30 p.m. will be available by 10 a.m. the next morning.
Saturday: 1-Hour orders placed online after 7:30 p.m. will be available by 11 a.m. the next morning.
Sunday: 1-Hour orders placed online after 6:30 p.m. will be available by 10 a.m. the next morning.

Who Can Pick Up Your Order
If you would like to designate someone else to pick up your order, you can enter that person's name during checkout. They will then be copied on your order confirmation email so they can print it out and bring it with them when they pick up the order.
If you need to change the contact name after you have completed your order, please contact Customer Service. An Associate will be happy to assist you.

Order Additional Prints
If you decide you want additional prints, simply go to the Walmart.com Photo Center and place another order.
You can also use the Kiosk at your local Wal-Mart photo Center to order prints if you bring photo files that are on any of the following:
- Compact disc
- XD media
- Compact flash
- Memory Stick
- PCMCIA
- MMCSD
